By this service we generate a remote connection to your pc, so we are able to operate your pc as we would be with you in the office.
Our system is designed for your safety. Unlike many remote control systems you build the connection with us and thus retain control over when another person can view and control your pc.
You see on screen what will be done on your pc, while you get from us, using your fixed phone, all related statements thus you determine the course and the time required for the service.
For quality assurance and evidence during the telemaintenance service, the phone conversation will by logged or recorded.
Die Berechnung erfolgt in der üblichen Zeiteinheit je angefangene 30min. zu einem Preis ab 15,- Euro zzgl. gesetzl. MwSt.
Payment of the service takes place normally shortly after transfer of the invoice by e-mail.
The service is considered as available technical support with no obligation. Any costs incurred for damage to hardware / software or data loss during technical service will not be reimbursed by BAROM-IT.
We can not guarantee the success of our work where, for example, it is assumed that hardware or software components that are outside the responsibilities BAROM-IT company, due to their specific properties, not working properly or is defective.
The billing will be done regardless of the success of the contracted service.
